Methods and analyses

  • examination of the level of phytochemicals metabolites in biological fluids and tissues of organisms;
  • analysis of metabolic biomarkers upon plant food intake;
  • bioavailability study of food compounds and determination of pharmacokinetic parameters;
  • analysis of plant metabolome;
  • qualitative and quantitative analysis of phytocompounds.
