This declaration was prepared on the basis of a self-assessment carried out by the public entity.
As part of the self-assessment, we checked, among other things, keyboard operation, focus visibility, heading structure, content scaling and reflow, alternative text, forms, language versions and selected interactive elements. WAVE and Lighthouse tools were also used as supporting tools in the assessment.

The building has three entrances: the main entrance and two side entrances. There are no stairs leading to any of the entrances. Visitors should use the main entrance, which is equipped with automatic doors.
The reception desk is located on the left-hand side of the main entrance. Further access is not restricted by security gates.
The building is partially adapted for people using wheelchairs. The corridors are sufficiently wide; however, some passages are closed by fire doors that do not open automatically.
All floors can be reached by lift.
An accessible toilet for people with disabilities is located on the ground floor, almost directly opposite the main entrance. Accessible toilets are also available on each occupied floor.
There are 6 parking spaces for people with disabilities in front of the building.
Assistance dogs and guide dogs are permitted in the building and in all of its rooms.
There are no induction loops in the building.
The building does not have Braille signage, high-contrast signage or large-print signage for blind and partially sighted people.
The Institute does not currently provide access to a Polish Sign Language (PJM) interpreter on site.
